HB 198 NEWS!!!

Call to action for children with hearing loss!

HB 198 is currently in committee in the Ohio House of Representatives. Nicknamed “Madeline’s Law” in honor of a young woman who struggled to afford hearing aids because her health insurance did not cover the cost, this bill would require private health insurance policies to cover the cost of hearing aids up to $2500 per ear every 4 years. through age 21.
